That awesome retro laser background isn't just for people!
This year I teamed up with Buffalo Barkery on Allen St in downtown Buffalo to offer yearbook style photos for dogs! How cool is that?! The idea came about when the owners saw a photo I posted of my daughter with that laser background. Not only was I going to get to take amazing and cool photos of so many dogs but it is all for a good cause, the money raised from the photos will go to the local Buffalo animal shelter.
Set up
Prepping for the day I carefully set up my platform stand, lighting, backdrop stand and camera to make sure it was all ready to go when those adorable dogs starting showing up. I like to get an early start so I can take some test photos and check lighting and equipment placement. Obviously these dogs deserve nothing but the best and their photos need to be top notch!

I love getting to see all the different dogs that come in to Buffalo Barkery even those not getting photos. The owners are so friendly and everyone just seems so happy. Hanging out in Downtown Buffalo for the day is nice, the weather now is perfect and so many people are out walking about, whether it is with or without a dog.
